We are a family farm in Troutville, Virginia, fifteen minutes north of Roanoke, and we hire the same way we farm: a small number of people who care about doing it properly.
What working here involves
Farm work, store work, or both. Early starts, weather, livestock, and the satisfaction of handling food from the pasture through to the person eating it. No two days are identical and very little of it happens sitting down.
