Shipping policy

We do not ship. We deliver locally and we pack orders for pickup at the farm store.

Farm store pickup, free

Order online and collect it at Pure Grass Farm, 457 Country Club Rd, Troutville, VA 24175. We email you as soon as your order is packed and ready. Pickup is free and it is the only way to get everything we sell, including eggs and the items from local makers that do not travel.

Store hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed Wednesday and Sunday.

Local delivery

We deliver to homes in Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, Troutville, Cloverdale, Daleville, Fincastle and Blue Ridge. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and local delivery will appear if you are in the area.

Delivery is $15 on orders from $50, and it is free on orders of $100 or more. The minimum order for delivery is $50.

Deliveries go out on Thursdays. Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time are delivered that Thursday. Orders placed after that go out the following Thursday.

Your order travels frozen. If you will not be home, leave a cooler out and we will put your order inside it.

If you are further out, collect at the farm store. Call us on (540) 240-9955 and we will tell you what is in stock before you set out.
