We're proud to carry Smoke in Chimneys trout—some of the highest quality fish you'll find anywhere in Virginia. These aren't your typical farm-raised trout. They're grown in pure mountain spring water that flows straight from a limestone aquifer at 3,000 gallons per minute. No plastic pools. No recycled water. No fluorescent lights. Just clean, cold spring water the way trout are meant to grow.
Each smoked trout fillet is brined for 24 hours and smoked over natural hickory wood, giving it a delicate, smoky flavor that enhances—not overpowers—the trout's mild, buttery taste. The result is tender, flaky fish with rich flavor that's perfect straight from the package or dressed up however you like.
