This hardworking cut delivers deep beef flavor and is well suited for marinating, slow cooking, or thin slicing.

Our shoulder steaks are cut from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef and minimally processed with care.
No grain, no fillers, no additives, just high-quality beef raised humanely with respect for the animals and the land.

Each steak weighs approximately 0.50–0.8 lb and is sold by the pound.
